D-Mann...Question for you man???
D-Mann...Question for you man???
Hey D,
My name is JAGMAN! I started and ride with a team called The Psychogang! We have been riding together for 5 years and I made us "official" about two years ago! We have become a "show team" and do alot of shows in PA and NJ!
I would love to know how as the leader I can make sure that all contributors get their fare share. I am a believer in the old saying...you get out what you put in! Some of my guys think they can just show up and ride, and that is reason enough for them to get equal pay! They have no concept of what it really takes to make this happen. The hours ans hours of planning and working off the track with event coordinators etc. We are looking to get a video distributed and have X-Factor and Impact looking at some of our footage. I wondered if you had any advice on this process?
Either way, I think you are a great rider, and was sad to see you leave LVX but I sure there was a very good reason. I am tired of all the "who started this sport" discussions! As far as I am concerned, there were a bunch of groups who brought this sport to life in the US, not just one rider or group! The original LVX crew, The Starboyz, Todd & Lori, and lets not forget our friend Gary Rothwell! I am a fan of all stunt teams and riders but not a fan of any "haters" Most "haters" don't have a clue why they "hate", it just is fun to them I guess?!?!?! I appreciate what every team has brought to the table, and my goal is to bring some good stuff to the table too!
Well, if this message is a pain in your a$% , than disregard. Check my website out though. It is a decent site with lots of good pics of my team!

Thanks Baker!
I actually had the chance to talk to D-Mann on this issue! He did not want to have to type his response because of the length! I understand that...
D-Mann is a great guy and a great rider, and I hope we all get to see more of him this coming year!!! :D
