WTB: cheap wrecked bike - straight frame

looking to pick up a project bike with a straight frame/forks and prefer some sort of title. Needs to run, but not well (dont care if it needs plugs or something), but I dont want something that needs a motor
plastics dont matter, gauges dont matter, etc
if you have anything or know anyone that may have totalled their bike and has the option of buying it back from the insurance company cheaply, let me know
located in Northern Va, but will travel up to 10 hours or so for the right deal
