you'll need a spacer between the top lock washer and underside of the top triple, btw

 

i could get a price for you from my local salvage yard, I spent alot of money there (i have gotten 2 bikes from them) and i was cut a hell of a deal ona 954 front end(for my f4I) maybe i can get you a good price. let me know if you want me to check in on all that stuff and i will.
