Man I need to practice! Every Sunday I go out and feel like a two year old on the bike and then Wed I start to feel better and then boom back to work and then I have to start all over again on Sunday. Practice, practice, practice...

 

**** i would go like a month or two with out riding and i still come back the same as i left.
