Damn man, that rash on your neck looks pretty vicious. From the looks of it, i'd say your helmet came off right before you went down, it had to of, the tire nailed you all the way up to your ear...is that right? oh well, glad that you didnt get seriously injured today, i hope you're feeling better soon my man, i'm feeling your pain.
