damn this sucks im not even going to ask whats going on with the dvd

 

sorry man, talked to edub and he said he is waiting to hear back from the duplicators...

 

we have all heard that for almost 2 months. sorry hook but you are the only one to respond to this thread and all the people that have already prepaid should get some free OM stickers or something for putting up with this. i was one that prepaid back in april

I placed an order and PAID for this DVD in March. I have sent 2 emails to team outermost and posted on this site as well as Starboyz regarding the video. I know its not a huge amount of money, but at this point it's the principal(sp?)! I don't care if the video is not ready yet, I don't care about any duplicator...What I do care about is being kept up to date by the people who I sent my money to!!?? SO LETS TRY THIS ONE MORE TIME. What is the status with the video, and when can I expect it's arrival? I have ordered plenty of things on line, both from the U.S and Canada and NEVER had a problem before. If I am lucky enough to EVER actually recieve this DVD, I don't care how good it is, it will be have been the first and last purchase for ANY team outermost product, thanks for your time, and thanks for continuing to not answer me!!!! that really sucks man and I'm sorry about how you feel.... i posted 3 days ago saying edub was waiting to hear back from the duplicators, and posted on another thread they dont have access to the internet where they are at. I dont have access to the "teamoutermost@hotmail.com" email account so I am sure there are other upset people out there getting the same you're getting.

 

I have never been to New Mexico, but I know that all over the world from bookstores to cyber cafes to friends with computers there is a way to access the net. To post on here and other boards in March, pre-order our DVD, should be out in April, and then not post up ONCE to give an update(after plenty of people have gone to the OM site and payed and ordered). J-Hook I dunno' if you are a part of the team or not, if you are talking to these guys you should let them know that once you decide to sell your product your hobbie has become a business, and when you are not producing for your fans and paying customers that is simply NOT good practice. Any REAL updates you can give me and others would be great...I have read this duplicator nonsense for 2 months, not cutting it. Thanks.

 

I've never put out a dvd, and I'm willing to bet the first time out is a ***** and a half to get done.I've met these cats and I can promise you guys that they want nothing more than to get this DVD in your hands as soon as possible.

when i talked to edub..which was day before yesterday.he said they had the dvds in hand...and once they were back from cali theyd be shipping out

Same here, I even requested my money back and heard nothing from them 1st and last time. And sure won't be telling other peeps to order it, no matter how good it is.
