I got hurt a few times with it. Sprained my wrist one time, Body Slam another, yadi yadi ya!!! Anyway I've been working on other things & rested that one for a little while to prevent being out for a week or two again!!! Ill work on them when it gets warmer. Too stiff right now in the cold to get in the mood!!!
For some reson when its cold & you get slammed or banged it hurts more & skin cracks easier & cuts are deeper than when it is warm.
