Before pulling in the clutch take foot off brake when on the bar.

For Sure when on the bar, clutch in, no brake untill ready to come down, Then tap brake, tap the gas & realese clutch in one motion . While doing that make sure you do have your brake still covered so it dont hammer the bar either!!!

Yeah, scratches and bruises. Sore but I rode a little today.

Yeah on the bar, I'm setting it down as soft as I can and draggin it since its not reinforced at all. I was trying to park it yesterday but my foot was still on the brake and slammed the bike down hard and threw me right off. I'm glad Yolanda was there to help. I hate practicing alone.
