Well this morning Phil was leaving for work and a 17 year old girl pulled out in front of him and there was little he could do to prevent hitting her. Off he went tumbling and he had his brother take him to the hospital.

He came by my place when he left the hospital to pick up my digital camera.

He broke his left clavicle and has a couple small patches of rash. Could have been much worse. A number of things wrong with the bike but exact details I don't know yet.

The girl was issued a ticket so at least her insurance will cover all his expenses for medical and for the bike to be fixed.
