No, is not true!!! it was his own, i sort of know the kid, his from worcester and owns a insurance agency, how ironic!!! but that didnt help him in anyway, he try claming that a animal cross his way and he lost control and bla- bla-bla... the insurance company did not belive on that story and they are investigating the case, it doesen't look like his going to get any money from them and he also may get charge with insurance frod! and finaly to make things worse, the bike was totaled and he has to pay for it!!! how **** up is that!!!!

its funny, but it is screwed up thats for sure. Dont want to get busted for insurance fraud. I remember when wrecked into a wall off the freeway....it was five days after I bought my 99 6R. I called my insurance agency..told them what happened...and they kinda puased for a second..then after that they covered it....but I think for a moment they thought I was b sing....
