Watch out for cameras and newspapers!
Verdict is in. I got 18 months suspened license, no work privledges! and a $ 1000.00 fine.
10 Traffic Violations for a 20 minute bike ride BASED ON PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE LOCAL PAPER! The person in the pics never even took off their helmet and no license plate was visible.

Yo shawn, used to ride in akron and rode with you a few times...I think it's Bullshlt what they pulled on you...I live in cali now and had the articles sent to me. FTP Especially in Akron, and for all of you who don't know how Akron cops are.....be lucky.

Hey guys, just wanted to let you all in...THIS IS SERIOUS. Akron has set a precident here. I am Shawn's brother and have been following this pretty close. This is real ugly for Akron stunters, and there are a lot of ya!
And possibly for other jurisdictions as well if this is allowed to be enforced.
Shawn was convicted by photographic evidence THAT DID NOT SHOW HIS FACE, ONLY A HELMETTED RIDER!
So what does this mean for you? If you have ever been caught on tape, on a public road stunting, you are now open for the same charges if this appeal is not won.
Shawn's attorney was going to have 5 riders dressed the same walk into the court and have the judge and prosecutor pick out Shawn, the judge refused to allow!
Akron is cracking down hard and even over-stepping the boundries of the law to do so.
About a month and a half ago there was a quote in the Akron Beacon Journal from the Chief of Police stating that it was illigal to prosecute traffic violations based on photographic evidence in Summit County (people were trying to get radar/cameras in school zones) . This was said at the same time Shawn was going through his trial.
ALL OF YOU need to take this very serious and contact the Akron Beacon Journal and the Summit County Prosecutors office and ask them to explain how this could be allowed to happen.
DO NOT BLOW THIS OFF GUYS! This could get real nasty, real quick!

NEED some on tv exposure or somthing make sure its civil so cops and soccer mom's cant say (look i told you they were animals and crazy) plus the ******* begay journal should be in trouble just like any person who would get in trouble for a crime even if they didnt help but was with the person that did the crime would get into trouble ya know
