Hey guys,
Duker with VMC here.....just bought a F2 beat bike and i need to know how long to make the scrape bar.......i'm gonna mount it to the stock 2 holes in the back of the subframe




any ideas how long it should be?? I have it about 24 inches right now from the first mounting hole......looks a little long to me..... any suggestions?

usually you want to set it just past the tail light...
1-3 inches.........

the lencth is not a huge issue, just as long as the bike stays verticle on the bar with your body weight on the bike...

the big thing is to make the slide flat with ground surface.........

the best way to check that is to lift the bike up and look.
you can use a straight edge against the back tire and slider, tack weld it then double check it by lifting the bike onto the bar.....
