italian do it better

this is my new scoot..

it's piaggio nrg last siries ( mc3)

the engine:

-polini corsa with "w" exsaust, it's also know as "shark teeth"
-stage 6 standard drive shaft
-skf c4 roller

carburetor and filter:

-dell'orto phbg 19 sd
-standard air box tuned with malossi red sponge and other changes..
-standard valve with home made mods

transmition:
-malossi variator
-malossi special belt
-malossi fly clutch
-home made fix pulley
-malossi torque driver
-adige clutch bell

other:

-engine carters with home made mod, finished with sand

-eliminated mix, elec starter ,unnecessary coil in the stator

and much more...

now work in progres!

Looks like my old setup, it's perfekt to stunt with!

But that dont look like corsa?

orre: you have the version "standard"

my engine it's called corsa, but it's much better..

is there some new corsa alu? the cylinder look like Airsal alu cylinders :/ because the corsa kits are cost iron 2rings :/

This is not Airsal cyl its Polini but I´m not shure if the name is corsa....Because corsa is cost iron...Like u said

i know its not airsal i only sayd that it looks like airsal

i saw in the polini site that this is "the aluminium" kit.. the power is somethin between 70cc sport and corsa

hahahahaha!

it's old.. make before the evo kit !

the iron corsa it's like sport kit .. low power and low rpm ..

next week i'll finish .. after make videos
