I didnt know there where witnesses that would attest to the speed etc....being they werent on the bike any insight as to speed would be heresay based on the fact that the only one viewing the speedometer would have been the operator!!! that much i do konw from an accident I got into....all im getting at is he needs to be careful with what he says and await what action if any will be taken!!!
