ok well when i was 17 i got some blue flames on the arm wich later turned out to look stupid.. after several tries i think this is as good as im gonna get it what u guys think....

 

doesn't look bad at all man. I'm not a huge fan of color work, I stick to black and grays but it looks tight, only preference suggestion would be to get some more black in there, doing some darker lines and shading might make the color contrast more and give it some greater depth.
