This is the kind of finish Im talkin about, and I dont think this is finished with jewlers rouge. Jewlers rouge it the kinda stuff you go over the bike with lightly before you go to a bike show or something...

Here check out this site, lots of info and product for polishing, electro plating, and powder coating for the do it yourselfer

Re: (6)(3)(6) - The Project

Ok,

Well assembly has started and fairings will be prep'd,primer'd and painted then polish with a set goal completion of sunday. Assembly shall hopefully be completed by mon-tues;ish and road ready on wedsday. Here is some G-14 classified Preview pictures, And even though the picture don't do the frame justice, its fvckin blinging when its cleaned and buffed.

Almost Done...

Ventilation...

03 R6 fairing That we are attemping to repair, they are mainly to dial in the guns before we spray the inportant stuff, we did primer the hugger, right n left ram air covers, and a metal decal that i can't tell you about.

And the guns.. This ain't no spray bomb job.

Used 8 spiral sewn cotten 4inch wheels and 3/4's tripoli bar and 1/2 red rouge bar and a electric angle grinder... if i had somthing with a bit more HP would have been alot faster.. but other then that its was alot easier but really fvckin messy...
