50 State Legal? Titled? HOw fast is it with that motor? Is the windsheild removable?

 

its a 67 vw....yes it can be titled in all states by my understanding. all u need is the bill of sale to get registered any car that old is considered a classic and no title is needed....it does have the vin bc it must have that to be registered. take the bill of sale i give u and wha la u get the tag...any questions u have call me bro....1600cc motor is decent on speed. i wanted more of a cruiser and not a speed demon on this rail....

 

oh yeah that windshield is removable.....
