Located near KC, Missouri.................in state I will do a Face To Face sale, people from outside Missouri will need a transfer thru an FFL (Federal Firearms Liscense). As far as I know, you can do this thru a MO FFL/Dealer for a rifle as long as it is legal in YOUR state to own this and you do not need to go thru an FFL in your own state.
AR parts can be purchased without an FFL and shipped whereever, buyer pays shipping obviously.
Everything is legal and will be handled legally within all state and federal regulations. I do a "bill of sale" for my records in case someone uses the firearm for something illegal. The bill of sale is merely a copy for me and you to show ownership was transfered if it is requested. I do not turn this in to anyone. Its for my own protection in case some gun I have sold ends up at some crime scene and the cops come knocking at my door.
If you are an anti-gun loon, **** and moan elsewhere. Dont waste my time with your ignorant rants.

Re: AK47, ammo, mags, mag pouches, AR parts....
Hmmm ..... Im shoping for an AK right now ..... PM me pics & what type of AK it is along what kind of super sick deal for Bmore Xtreme ....
Re: AK47, ammo, mags, mag pouches, AR parts....
I'll try to get some pics up after a bit.....price is firm...had to fix my tranny and was originally selling to finish an AR15 sniper build, but now have to pay bills.
Re: AK47, ammo, mags, mag pouches, AR parts....
try out some pics....
....the knife with the AK in one of the pics is NOT included and is NOT a bayonet...its just a survival knife that found its home near the AK.

[quote:somebody from another forum]The applicable laws are 18 USC 922 (a)(3), (a)(5) and (b)(3). If you google "title 18 chapter 44" without the quotes and select the cornell university link you can read it for yourself.
1. The transaction must go through one FFL.
2. If the firearm is a long gun, the transaction may occur at an Illinois FFL or a Missouri FFL.
3. If the firearm is a hand gun, the transaction must occur at a Missouri FFL [/quote]
lifted from another forum but about a similar question. Basically you can meet me at a Missouri FFL, or Iowa if you wanted to pay me to drive, and the FFL (dealer) would do the transfer.
The other option would be to pay a MO dealer to transfer and ship to an Iowa dealer where you would then have it transfered to you. That way you pay 2 transfers and shipping! Most dealer transfers are $30-40 or $10-20 if you know someone personally who has a dealer's FFL.
Here's the number to a couple gun dealers I deal with further north of KC if you want to call and ask them about their charge to do an FFL transfer.
ShowMeShooters 816-452-4867
Great Guns 816-781-2323
Make sure they know you're from Iowa and that your state allows a federally compliant semi-auto rifle with pistol grip, bayonet lug, threaded barrel, and detachable magazines. I'm not responsible for knowing other state laws as Missouri has enough for me to know already! lol

Re: AK47, ammo, mags, mag pouches, AR parts....
nope, not on there.....might have to check it out if nobody buys it soon. If it lasts til the 13th or 14th I'll prolly take it to the KCI gun show and sell it there....I know it'll be gone in a matter of minutes there!
Re: AK47, ammo, mags, mag pouches, AR parts....
romanian.....gonna give it til the 12th, after that theres a gun show here the 13th and 14th where I've always had luck selling guns for $50-75 higher than what I've posted elsewhere.
Re: AK47, ammo, mags, mag pouches, AR parts....
yeah, but nobody has any money!
You would not beleive how many people have said they want it, but are short right now, asked if I can wait X number of weeks, and so on and so on
I've had people ask to buy the ammo and mags separate....which I dont want to do unless the person buying the gun doesnt want the ammo and mags. I have like 3-4 people in line wanting whatever the buyer doesn't take. Its nuts.
