These trucks commonly exceed 300K miles!

1988 Toyota Pickup Deluxe
3.0L V6 with 5-speed manual tranny
180K miles
Reg cab/long bed (but its got more room in the cab than other small trucks, almost seems like a midsize truck, I'm 6'1" and comfortable in it)
4x4 works flawlessly
Newer 31" tires with plenty of tread left
Nice hitch (needs wired though)
Pretty clean interior given the age
Exterior has some rust on the bed, but not near as bad as some I've seen
Frame is solid
Timing assembly done at 160K along with brand new distributor, cap, rotor
Just put a new Clutch master cylinder in it
Clutch shows no signs of slipping
Sliding rear window
Heat blows warm, this truck did not have AC from the factory

Other than that its a solid runner. I drive it back and forth between Charleston, IL and Springfield and have had no problems. Steve drove it from Springfield to Chicago a bunch without issues either. It gets about 18-20mpg. Goes through snow/mud/grass/road/gravel/whatever with ease.

Looking to get $2000 obo for a quick sale. KBB is around $2400. These things don't go cheap, check out ebay.

The rust doesn't really show in the pictures well, but its along the seam on the bed, and at the bottom of the cab on the driver side a bit. Interior is real nice, has an actual carpet floor not the rubber liner, everything works but the gas gauge acts up sometimes and lies but the Low Fuel light comes on and you have 20 miles to get some gas! One crack in the dash on the passenger side, but otherwise a nice interior for the age!

It makes a perfect daily driver, bike hauler, trail rig, mud truck, or turn it into a crawler... whatever you want to do with it. Runs great!
