Re: SKS 7.62 x39mm

You can buy those stocks all day long, what manufacturer is the gun...russian, Chinese? Is that a duckbill magazine or is the magwell setup to accept AK mags?

If it's a simple Chinese SKS with a 30rd Duckbill mag, I'd give ya $175 without the 30rounder, I'd want the original 10 rounder.

Yes it is. Looks like a ramline. I can't 100% ID it because weapons sites are blocked at work.

It may have been imported with the folding stock, which they may consider it "maufactured", but it wasn't from the factory with one. Folding stocks are legal now. They let the assault weapon ban expire. Hi cap magizines are legal again now.

Re: SKS 7.62 x39mm

Several years ago Soviet Block SKS rifles were dumped in large quantities into the U.S. Firearms market. I think most people bought them mainly because they, the Chinese, were really cheap, around $69-$99.00 retail and mass quantities of surplus ammo was also available at reasonable pricing. This drove people to buy firearms they might never have considered purchasing until they thought they might not be able to buy them any more. But then the steel tipped ammo became a threat and was removed from the market.

If you packed it full of urine that would be a "mean" punch too

http://www.copesdist.com/sks.htm

3/4 way down the page you get to buy this
for

SKS Folding Stocks
Qty: Price: $44.99

PS wolf ammo isn't the best to run down the pipe, it'll gum up the works! Its shitty ammo but I guess if you are just shootin to make noise it works! As long as u clean it every time after using that ammo it'll be ok.
