i bought a 05 600rr stunted clean title for 4500 from him and he said he needed to pay it off for 2200. and he'll mail the title to me plus some parts for it. so now im sitting here waiting for the title and got fishing around and this ************ is tring to sell my parts. https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/464...buy-stuff.html

thats cool on the parts and all. but the title is what im needing. if u was in my spot and ran across that wouldnt you think ur getting fucked on the title. the only way i think he can make this right is to send the title. or give me $1000 so i can get a title. its been a month and a half now. make this right man!!!!!!

what should i do now? sell it and take a lose. or part it out.

 

You gotta be a complete idiot to go pay $4500 for a bike and not have the title right then and there. Why didn't you take the parts when u got the bike?

Did you at least get a bill of sale notarized saying he still owed you the title and parts?

ya i got the bill of sales saying everything. and i got three addresses to take him to small claims.

 

I'd call the police department in his town first, have them drop by and pay him a visit and see what happens. Call the notary you got the B.O.S done at see if they'll help find him.

Then call judge judy

there is a title ofr the bik ei got it of a guy i know he wrecked it and got paralized and his parents r paying it off and i gave him yur addy and he is suposed to mail u the title
