I picked up an 03 sv650 that was in a slight crash they replaced the frame with a cheap frame from ebay and the paper work i have for it wont allow me register in NJ I am looking for either a clean title and frame from 03-09 or even a salvage title and frame but only if the salvage title has been registered after it was considered salvaged if not nj wont let me register it with out going through a bunch of BS or Hell i will even buy a title for one with no frame if it comes down to it i just want to get a legal plate on it for that year bike you can call or text me at 609-364-4466 i am never on here anymore so it will take awhile for me to get PMs
