I will over night the title and ship the clean straight frame via ground, both insured.

You can keep the frame and sell it for a track bike or stunt bike.

If you want to recoup some of your cost, you can feel free to sell the frame after you use the title.
I always sell frames and titles together, and it only costs around $35 to ship a frame, and I still would over night the title, at about $20, so it does me know good to just sell the title.
