This is a like-new Core Moto 56" custom braided brake line for use with a tap-in style rear handbrake setup (tapping into your footbrake caliper instead of using a complete dual caliper setup. Works extremely well, and this is the cir-clip fitting, as opposed the teardrop&screw fitting.
