NO, It says bill of sale only, i never got a title with it when i bought it. just a bill of sale

its got all the motor mount bolts and spacers. I got a 02 wiring harness ill throw in with it, and i got a stock black swingarm for $45 more

i got a motor ill sell to, its got a cracked motor mount and a slow coolant leak where the motor mounts cracked. Cuold be welded up and work fine, or you could use jbweld if you want....
