  • The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
  • THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
  • The zx6 models are slightly wider than stock to keep your leg from being pressed against the tail
  • other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

i know what youre saying. but good luck finding a bit thats a micron smaller than 1-1/8

you were still wrong T/C cause even doing it mikes way it is still easier to make the shim
After the way you explained how to do the shim i still agree the shim would be simple to make... But if you are buying risers and still have to make a shim why not just make the riser And not have to spend the money on risers and still have to make a shim

i think he said they wouldn't clamp down on the bar too well without working it a lot. i'm probably just going to drop the hundred and get the FI's.

I Guess this is what i get for talking hypothetical...

But I was talking pretty much if i was in the same boat.. Machinist bits are not that hard to get.. Maybe its easy for me to say cause i already have access to them but that is really the only special tool you need to do it..

But i am talking about if you were going to use risers that needed to be shimmed... If i was going to have to make a shim i would just make risers that would not need one..

I Still agree 100% on buying the FI ones and doing it the way you know will work with minimal effort

I understand that lol why do you think i took my Bike to my friends shop to get the bolt out instead of doing it myself

I May be re milling the risers on my F4i for kicks soon.. The FI risers are fugly and have way to many sharp edges if you ask me..

i was thinking that exact same thing and that's because they're welded; if they were cut from a metal block they could be made rounded and more appealing. hohey should make that since they laser cut their pieces.

i think i can make the risers but i don't have any tools to make the threading for the bolts.

I just read a few stories about unjustified police shootings and beatings, as well as a video. i don't think all cops are bad, but you never know when you're going to be pulled over by the wrong cop and become a victim to his corruption.
