• The CBR 600RR , Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• The zx6 models are slightly wider than stock to keep your leg from being pressed against the tail
• other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

Thanks bro. I need it to be a little more indepth than that. I have 5 months to lose 2 pounds. Easy. But my BMI is approx. 28.1 and needs to be below 5. Same time frame

Your Gona need a lot of cardio. My schedule is like yours, but later. I work out at 430 am, when I get off work. For cardio,put a treadmill on 11% incline, at 3.5 mph for 20 min. Its just walking and you burn the same ammount of calories as a run at 6 mph does. After that walk for 20, I run atleast 2 miles, sometimes 3. If you do that the weight will drop quick. I burn over 1100 calories just by doing that cardio workout.

I'm not doing traditional cardio. I'm gonna do Maphilindo Silat and Muay Thai. Eventually I'm gonna work Jeet Kune Do into that as well and finally Hapkido and Combat Submission Wrestling as a final. I'm not planning on fighting, but we'll see how much I like it. First classes are gonna be 45 minutes of Maphilindo Silat followed by 45 minutes of Muay Thai on Mondays and Wednesdays. Now that I am typing it, I guess I will need regular gym time as well. Hmmm.... Thursdays and Saturdays I guess.
