Regret it, no. Its only weed. But I realize it does not help with my anxiety like I once thought it did. Lol.

longest i went was 30 somthing days

but alot of close family and friends are dying because of cigarettes so thats motivating me to give it up

I've smoked since I was 14, smoked Methols for the last 8 and I
burn about a pack a day... sometimes 2 if I am

Yeah I always talk about quitting and have for extended periods of time, like 9 months, a year. I just like to smoke. I enjoy it.

my grandpa smoked for 50yrs and doctor told him he should
quit ....... He died 2yrs after...

The damage to my teeth is the only thing that really scares me about smoking lol
