It does comes with the mushroom sliders pictured. The foam material is removable as its only held by zip ties. No bends or cracks on the cage. Everything is in good condition. It's never been down ever since I bought it from a member here. Asking $120. Local pick up only! I am located near Oakland, CA which is in between San Francisco and Hayward.
