Okay i kinda lied in the tittle get over it

I have a friend that is near St. Louis Who is looking for his first bike... He has round 3500-4k to spend... And wants something thats is in okay shape... And he is not wanting it for a stunt bike... If you have a clean full fairing stunt bike he may still be interested though... MUST have a tittle and be able to be registered.. And Wants it to be FI...
