WTB: Clean titled bike in OH/KY/IN

I need a clean titled bike, its going to be a street bike, but it could have some stunt parts i dont mind. It has to have a clean/rebuilt title so i can register it.
looking to spend up to 3500

Hey, I am in Cincinnati and I have a 96 Kawasaki ZX-9R I could sell. It has quite a few extras and most importantly a clean title. Lately I've been adding stuff onto it but now I'm thinkin I want a newer ZX-6 instead. If you want to look at let me know.
