i bought a bike off this dude for 2400 and its a 00 and now he is saying the title is on a loan colletrial so he wanted the bike back until he can pay loan off so if anyone has a clean open title for a 99-00 with there wreck or parts bike can i either please have or buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just need to get it legalized

or if i have to buy ur 99-00 cbr600f4 frame with clean title i can do that too...
