I got screwed on Ebay. I paid for a wrecked 04 GSXR750 with a clean title. I get the bike shipped up here from Florida and it's got a certificate of destruction. Basically the bike is worthless unless I find a frame and title. Who has one? Post a price you want

 

give it to me if its worthless to you. I have a clean title and a thrashed '04 600.

just have your bike inspected at the dmv and get a salvage title......

 

Ohio is pretty tough on those, I believe. In Michigan, if the title was branded junk, or C.O.D. you couldn't use that frame..... at least that is what I was told at the DMV.



I know it's not an 04, but I have an 02 clean title frame that I would sell you. I think a lot of your stuff would transfer over. I have seen it done before, just not sure exactly what it takes to do it.

Similar thing happened to me. Bought a bike with a Rebuilt/Restored title and (in Utah) the guy at the DMV said there is a special branch that deals with motor vehicle fraud and I could get all my money back. I could still ride mine on the streets so i didn't bother with it. I don't know about other states though.
