Preferably from Cali. I bought a bike w/ whack registration (reg aint been paid for over a yr. Plus title was never transfered to new owner.) So rather than hunting the old owner down, and paying however much that reg fee is gonna be, I think it'll be cheaper if I just buy a new frame.. anyone got one? lookin' for a clean title, and well.. that's about it=). just wondering if I can get a bite on here.

 

your gonna pay a grand for a clean title so it might be cheaper to hunt the old owner down and all u gotta do is tell the dmv/mvd that it was in a shop for a year thats why registration hasn't been paid.

 

well I figure it this way.. The cost of paying for Past due registration (DMV here wno't budge for anything.. Excuses never work.), Transfering title, and tax and all that, and seeing as I work 10 hrs a day 6 days a week, I'll prolly be spending a little over $1000 to hire a registration assistance person.. Might as well just grab a frame and do work myself when I can.. Ionno..

 

ok, it don't even hafta be a clean titled frame.. As long as I can register it in California, and get it insured (not even full coverage, just to be able to ride it.)
