I would say no only because i just bought an 02' YZ250F, i would get a 4 stroker nowadays, all decked out with racing equip for $1300 and it has ben amazing. Always starts on first or second kick. But if you really want a 125 then i would say try to get the price to around $1400 at least. Hope this helps
