2006 CBR600RR was involved in an accident over the summer and has been sitting since. I am not sure how many miles are on it because the cluster wont light up. the bike has 1 broken fork and all the plastics are damaged, it would be a great stunt bike if your looking for a winter project. I have no idea what this thing is worth so send me some offers. It does start and run great. I drove it down my driveway yesterday but cant really ride it because the fork is broken. I have 2 06 600RR's one i bought clean from a dealer and the other wreaked from the insurance company after a friend totaled it for 1400. The forks were fine, but it needed a new stator, cover, and flywheel. Now its going to be my stunt piece next summer. Not sure it that helps, but thats just my . If you still have it once i find another job i might take it off your hands.

 

Thank you, I was hoping for somewhere around $1,500 for it but I still got it in the back of my mind if I get a few other projects out of my garage I will get it ready for myself to learn to stunt on next year.

 

also, why dont the gauges work? if the harness is good and the gauges aren't trashed check the fuses that would be behind the left side fairing theres a couple fuses one of them is for the gauges, think its a 10 amp. my wreaked bike had the same issue and it ended up just being a blown fuse.

 

I don't know if it has anything to do with the gauges not working but the bike was missing the fuel system relay when I got it so I just jumped 2 of the wires in the plug to get it to start but the guy that I got it from is looking for the relay. I will check the fuses too though.

yep, new fuse solved the problem although I was shocked to see how many miles were on the bike, I like using my imagination more.

 

yeah not sure why the fuse blows in a wreak, but it was the same deal with my wreaked bike i bought, however mine only had 5700 on it
