there is no felony charge you will get the bike has clean vin numbers on it you can have them checked at time of sell the bike was purchased from an insurance auction

was a theft recovery the insurance company bought it from bank title got sent back to the bank

3. why didn't the insurance co. get the title from the bank??

the bike is actually on craigslist for sale in the atl area there is also a copy of all the paper work posted on there as well it is not posted on here because its not save on this computer
