fleeing/eluding in PA is a misdemeanor yes but holds like 6 months suspension.

And it turns into a felony if reckless endangerment is on the list of charges...

The popo tried to pin a bunch of **** like that on me bouta year ago. Got out of most of em cuz I had already got away and was home wrenchin on my bike. Couldnt prove it was me. Even tho it was obviously me. haha Cop thought it was funny and had fun chasing me around lol.
