Here's the deal,my boy has a gsxr 1k for sale, no title but low miles.He doesn't want it to get repoed, so he would rather sell it then lose money. It has about 2k on the oodemeter,it has been lo sided going about 25 mph. Like I said,he would rather sell it than give it to the reposesser.Mind you,it has no title,but lo miles. It is NOT STOLEN in case you were wondering.He's asking 2500 o.b.o. He is located in Longwood FL. Just putting it out there to see if ne1 needs another stunt bike or not. ne1 interested,let me know. the bank will consider the bike stolen or whoever has the lien on it if they cant find it they will report it stolen so whoever buys this bike will have to worry bout that the whole time and they will never get it legal

No matter how you look at it you or you're BOY is selling a bike that does not belong to him someone already said it belongs to the Bank if someone buys this bike the a cop runs the #'s it will come back stolen so what you are trying to do is **** some people over in reality by selling them a stolen bike and you are talking about haters ? **** OFF

 

Your dumb, the bank will not ever report it stolen. Once or if it alreadys is 180 days past due the account will charge off. It will remain in the original owners forever unless its pif or sif. The original owner would have to report it stolen to the police for it ever to reflect stolen. The owner would have no reason to do this, as he would still owe the full balance. So why bother? This also is not a crime because nothing is stolen. He can legally sell it, even offer a bill of sale, and tell who ever funded the loan he did so. They don't care, as they will never release the title until the original owner pays it off. So here's a bump and a FU.

 

whoever wants to buy it, just get the vin and call the police station and have them run it.. the end
