numbers are clean. i bought the bike from a friend but it was stolen for about 2 days by his supposive friend that attempted to scratch the numbers off, u can still see them so i reckon you can get a title for it.

I never attempted to get one for it as its just a lot bike for me and i have another bike that I ride on the streets...
