The bike starts and runs down the road great. I am actually in Muskegon MI which is about 3 hours from Chicago.

does it have carbs or is it fuel injected? you said carbs are jetted but you also said it has a PCIII?

 

sorry its not a pc 3 its a dyno jet pc 2 I believe.
