Whats up, I Just bought this bike in june New for $10,800 and its now got 9,300miles on it, Its a 06 red/blk Gsxr1000. Never been laid down, Runs perfect, Put a few bucks into it on aftermarket junk... Let me know what you guys think I should throw out there on a asking price?? First thing someone said was take the Cage off before I sell it, so people dont think its a stuntbike or anything like that I guess..Let me know what you guys think I should $$$ it at. Im thinking of selling it on Bostons Criegs list or want ad.. Plus If anyone has a fully setup 636 or any stuntbike in good condition w/clean title Let me know and I'll snag that when I sell this. 3.chrome Windscreen w/ Chrome Spiked bolts.
4.chrome mirror block off's also with custom mirrors that can be put into block offs.
5.Extended GSXR ingraved bar ends.
6.GSXR ingraved swingarm spools.
7.Custom chrome side peg licence plate re-locator.
8.Custom made tire hugger.
9.Mini front blikers mounted on front hugger.
10.Gsxr ingraved chain gaurd.
11.Chrome brake and clutch levers.
12.GSX-R res cap.

 

I'd ask like 8500 out of it, and that may be a bit high depending on the area. I'm not trying to lowball, but I can get a left over 06 from the dealership for 9100 OTD.

 

I work at a dealer.. right now we have two 06 1000's used. We're asking $9299 (which is just above book). one's already sold.. Although 8500 is prob. the right # though like mentioned if its a privite sale so call it anywhere from 8500-9000... Id personaly ask 8900

How do you like that devil exhaust? i have an 05 gixxer 1000 and thats the exhaust i wanted to get. Does it make the bike louder? raspier? improve throttle response? thanks

 

It makes the bike slower after you take off the Valve from the Stock exhaust to fit this one on, The best thing to do is get a PowerComander3 with the Devil and you will be golden! Alot of people hate on this exhaust but I dont know why?? I have had 4 bikes now and 4 diff mufflers, A micron Highmount, Two brothers Carbon fiber, FMF titanium and the Devil Shotgun Higgmount..The devil BY FAR is the best exhaust I have had and sounds perfect unlike most exhausts that sound tingy, High pitch and cheap this thing sounds brutal, Deep and amazing. Get one!
