Re: why are some lifted trucks higher at the front?

It's more like pre-runner style for jumping & **** . Most trucks stock sit around 2-3 inches higher in the rear .Main reason is for when your hauling a load it sit's even . I guess you could find a lift & compensate for a smaller block in the rear . That would change how the truck sits . Fabtech makes some nice kits for 2wd . I have always used 4wheelparts . So what truck are you lifting ? What is uk ? And why in the *** did i type all this **** ? lol

Re: why are some lifted trucks higher at the front?

Its only a few inches..... I put a 3 inch fabtech lift on the front of my ranger, and just left the rear stock... Its a trend that started with trophy trucks... They have a **** LOAD of travel in the front and let it sag in the rear..

its a 2000 dodge ram but its heavyly modified now. i hate em stock. ive ordered a 6'' lift from fabteck and its got a 3'' body lift on now. wonder if it'll look to high just putting the 6'' on the front?

Re: why are some lifted trucks higher at the front?

go onto topguncustoms.com and look at all the jumk *** RIZE kits they sell that sit like that. I can't stand that look and think about it, if you put your bike in the back it will sit even lower. I don't get why you would want your truck to look like that but to each his own. Mine is an 08 dodge 2500 with 8" lift with 37's and it sits fine level.

Maybe it's just not popular around here... But I've never seen anything like that, and IMO it looks retarded

Anyone with a raised truck around here is either level, or has the rear end slighty higher for towing/loads...

That does look retarded.... Big trucks should not carry that look!! Its a Pre-Runner look, Meaning rangers, toyotas, **** like that, Not a ****** cummins diesel dodge!! LoL

This is my ranger..... Slight lift in the front, Can barely tell, some descent 32's with REAL beadlocks ;-) And I think it looks clean.....

Yeah, I didn't really wanna go complete pre-runner... I think its a joke unless you go all the way... I just didn't wanna have a stock ranger..... Not a big car guy... I just wanted something that looked clean
