car audio

ok im looking at a new sierra extended cab...i found a box that goes under the back seats and im curious to know what 2 12" subs some of you have had experience with and know something that hits low and is real loud

at this point im not sure if i wanna go circle or square so i guess let me know

JL audios mostly, i have some 12'' alpines that sound pretty good!

go with round circles handle the pressure better than squares ive had 500 dollars n subs and a 150 amp and sucked but buddy had walmart subs with a four hudred dollar amp and it was the ****. box and air space in vehicle is also very important

i just bought a sierra ext cab... I built my box but its prolly preety much the same thing as urs. I put kicker comp vrs cause I got a good as deal but either kicker comp vrs or mtx like 4500 or higher are all good as hell for the money... jl audios good too but for sumtin equal to the mtxs ur gunna pay soo much more... and you dont need a bazillion watts to make the mtxs and kickers bump.

yeah i actually just picked up a 2005 f-150....i hope theres enough space 2 put 2 12 inch kicker comps

I can recommend Elemental Design, Adire Ausio or XXX. All great and efficient subs that are great value for money. If you wanna go mainstream brands, one JL 13W7 should do the job ;-)

see ive heard those new FI subs are pretty good....im actually just going to throw a box in there with 2 15"s....i dont want to get anything too expensive or that needs too much power...i want something different ya know
