so I parked my bike outside my apartment in a little spot off to the side thats level. Put the cover on..only outside til tomorrow when I get my garage key, anyhow tonight I come home to find a big note taped to it(THE COVER) Do not park here unless you live at 139 all other will be towed. (keep in mind only 2.5 hrs went by) ok so the dick next door is a dick. Pull off the cover and what is duct taped to my tank with 4 slabs of duct tape...the same note.
I wasn't sure wich car was his so to the wall of the building I left this one..

We ended up having it out...sob woke me up at 630am to move it ...where I put it was next to a tree they were cutting limbs off. I flipped out at first but he apologized. got a garage now so it won't happen again.
