i watch the news while i run on the treadmill when i get home from work. it only takes me about 12 mins to run a mile and that includes warm up and cool down. i try to start when the weather and sports are about to come on.

i said that includes warm up and cool down. i usaully do a 1/4 mile warm up before and cool down after. i guess the actual mile takes me about 8 mins.

I run 12km (almost 7.5miles) on a treadmill almost each day, it gets so damn addictive when you start being good at it lol heres some of the tunes i like the most

yeah i still remember the first days.. i had overweight so words like stitch, tense shins and general body pain were common the first month:lmao then your body gets used to it and things change whatever you do, wherever life takes you, dont ever stop training. Its my today advice lol

but be careful and dont over train, thats the most common way people hurt themselfs, if **** hurts like a mother ******, and ur body is screaming for a day off, then take it, dont **** urself. it sucks to do it and i have to sometimes , but ohh well

i hit the gym every morning but fridays cause thats my only day off so i take everything off, and if my hips and feet hurt from running so much and working 12 hr days 6 days a week, i use the bike or eleptical instead of an impact workout, catch my drift here?

wise words. yeah the eliptical bicycle is a good machine, i use to cool it down with a 10-15 minutes exercise on it

I used to be able to run 3 miles easily,but recently tried running like a 100 yards and almost died,lol.

i was i had my own treadmill i have one at our condo complex but someones always on it...its too ******* cold out, i feel like **** after running 3 miles getting all sweaty in 10 degree weather then walking in to a warm house.
