help tunning guitar

can someone please help me tune this guitar in drop d and c? so i can learn these tabs lol standard tunning doesnt have many songs. i cant find anything on tunning and my dad only knows standard and cant do it

Drop D is D-A-D-G-B-E from low to high
C is C-F-Bflat-Eflat-G-C from low to high

lol, ok for drop D, hold the heaviest string on the 7th fret, and tune the heavy string down until it's intune with the next.

you tuning will look like this:

DADGBE

drop C is takes longer.

first you need to tune to drop D, then turn the rest of your strings like it was standard (same as tuning in standard, except your last string is in D.)


when done, your tuning will look like this:

DGCFAD


then, tune the last string like you would for droping to D, and your tuning will look like this:


CGCFAD

hmm i was way off thx lol i dont know any notes at all though i just get tabs and people think i can play thanks alot
