Apparently the account cleared the next day...the problem is that Charlies check deposited on Tuesday and those lazy bastards at Radford hadn't gone by the bank yet so his check bounced... If it went in afterwards then it should be fine...Either way, I'm gettin the info from Charlie and the tax info that they still HAVE NOT cleared up for me...(I got paid $0...but I'm gettin taxed on all the loot cuz the school cut me a check which I had to immediately sign over to the motorcycle club so people could get some prize loot) I'm taking all of it to the Dean of Radford University...so check to make sure your checks are cleared..if not, hit me up with the info so I can clear this BS up.

Damn, I bring in riders, throw a party, the school doesn't have the lot dealt with like they were supposed to, and now I gotta clear up all this **** that some P.O.S. lazy *** college students didn't deal with... I'm going to the Dean and bringin them up on Honor code accusations...or whatever they got...Damn.

 

Thats cool but BB&t said the account was closed not that there just wasnt enough funds.But ethier way.Hopefully will get striaght soon.And we can always handle the radford kid.And i have gotten big checks for shows before and didnt pay taxes on them because it has to be over a sertian amount to have to pay on it as far as i know.Like if you only work at a job for lets say 8 weeks you havent made enough to where you have to file taxes in less you really wanted too.

radford cant tax your checks because you are considered sole proprieter because you are considered a sub contractor. they should have had you fill out a w-9 and be sending you a 1099 at the end of the year. so its against the law to take taxes out. you are not an employee of radford. you are suppose to pay taxes on this at the end of the year only if you filled out the w-9. so no taxes should have been taken out............................

ok this is what i got after a few phone calls.

hopefully all gets settle woo if not let me know maybe i can arrange an airborne assault on to radford. all males will die and all the woman will be taken hostage and used just for recreational purposes until this gets settled.
