hey, i'll tighten a footpeg anyday before i'll want to change motors in gixxers.

and 954's they didnt make as durable. i think any bike with abuse stuff loosens up. i have to do it on my bike, and most of my friends on their bikes do it too.

the new yami's are good looking, but the honda duribility is key. Although i had a 2002 R1 that i TORTURED and it ran strong. My 2002 R6 I had blew 2nd gear once w/ 280 miles, the second time with 600 miles.

MY 900rr is like a tank. I dont have anti freeze in it, the oil is like sludge and it starts up & runs like a charm. never ride ne thing but.

Indy, you would think different if it was like it is. I tightened my shifter footpeg last night, went riding, got up this morning went riding, looked down and it was loose again. That happens EVERYDAY. Look at the 2004 1000 Honda though, Computerized dampner that adjusts on it's own as you change speed. Say WHA!
my right footpeg comes loose on mine....i tighten it about once every other day if not every day just to make sure. i had that problem on my left peg but i put loctite on it, now it's fine, just haven't gotten around to doing it on my right. i think i'll go do that right now actually.

and the 2004 honda's are junk.....i'm gonna laugh my *** off when the first person jumps up onto a highchair and the plastic tank cover breaks and stabs them in the ***.

I guess I should put my 2 cents in, since I have both an 02 R1 and a newly acquired 929 (as of last week). I've only had a couple of hours on the 929 but it definately feels more stable on one wheel (front or back), than my R1. I still prefer stuntin my R1 as of right now, just for the fact that I'm so used to it I guess. But since I had a little ghost ride experience the other day with the Yamaha, I will have no choice but to ride the nine2nizzle.

My Honda keeps on breaking zipties, what should I do, Buy a Yamaha?.....lol NOT!!!! I'll deal with bolts loosing up, plastics falling off, and all that ****.....after all, if you stunt, what did you expect? 2001 and I have 23,000 miles on it, didn't even replace a clutch until after 20,000 miles. Enough said...Honda is the shiznit!

Try stunting a 1980 Yamaha XS1100(Complete with shaft-drive). The only loose screws are in my head. Minus the fact the bike was older than I was, it weighed 300lbs more than a sport-bike, and wasn't made to wheelie, it was a damn good bike. Now my YZF600R has treated me good, I messed up and over-heated it, but all the gears are still strong @ 18000 miles.
