they look nice but they still bust holes in the stator. I thought that was the reason for a cage? aren't they supposed to protect your ****

Re: Cage Killers! What do you use?

I gotta bump up Sick Innovations again. I just had a horrible coaster crash and was able to pick my bike up and ride it back to the house. Also if you want some forgivness on your subfram/tail rock the stock 636 undertail exhaust.

I didn't touch one clip-on ... brake lever .. Passenger peg.. all I did was chip the peg on my right clip-on. I should have had it cut down anyway.

Re: Cage Killers! What do you use?

I have been using a powers cage on my f4i and have literally bounced the bike off the ground. I am very impressed only think i suggest is getting an old car tire and cutting a square chunk out and putting it between the cage and frame where it mounts up. I have seen a few pushed into the frame and i have never had this problem nor have my friends that used the chunk of car tire.

Re: Cage Killers! What do you use?

powers will take sum serious abuse but they are gonna break. yes you can send em back to powers and they send you a new cage like 2 months later and your replacement is going to be black no mater what
the chunks of car tire is a nice idea for the frames sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
